People often ask us if there are exercises that they can do at home to improve their posture. The truth is that there are two sides to posture:
1. Bony Alignment – This is largely outside of your control. Once the bones are misaligned, you require an ABC chiropractor to correct the problem. Following the Sit, Sleep, Stand advice at home will help a lot to prevent you from recreating the same misalignments again.
2. Postural Fitness – These foundation exercises are excellent to help you strengthen the ‘posterior chain’ when are the muscles that run down the back of your body. I recommend these exercises because they are work and are easy to do. See the videos below:
