Step 2: FUNCTION

The quality of your posture and performance ultimately come down to the way that your brain controls the muscles which balance your body. Good muscle strength allows your body to function the way that it was designed to. As long as the muscles are strong (otherwise known as neurologically facilitated) then human frames tend to be very robust and resistant to pain and injury.
Thanks to the stress of the modern world, most people walk around with muscle weaknesses which eventually lead to problems. Each client that we see is different. We have yet to meat two people with the same causes to their problems, even if they suffer with the same diagnosis.
The secret to uncovering the cause is to assess how the body functions and find out where the weaknesses are.
This is why we use a system of muscle testing called Applied Kinesiology (AK).
There is no better tool for accurately measuring the bodies performance and function than AK. By uncovering the hidden weaknesses in your body we can trace them back to their original cause(s).
There are many reasons why muscles can weaken, such as:
- Vertebral subluxations (misalignments of the spine)
- Nutritional deficiencies or toxicities
- Imbalances in the cranial system
- Emotional stress
- Old unhealed injuries
- And many other causes.
With the cause of the weakness known we can apply corrections that are specific to you and restore balanced function to the body.
This is a crucial step to regaining the robustness that you once had in your body.
Step 3: FORM
There is a vast neurological intelligence that resides within every human being. This ‘innate’ or inborn wisdom affords the body a remarkable ability to heal itself. Meaning that there are internal systems that allow it to correct the majority of ‘problems’ that it faces day to day.
The real problems arise when the body is stressed in such a way that it cannot self-correct. This happens to your structure when bones misalign in directions and ways that the body cannot fix by itself. Rather than ‘fix’ these issues the body then ‘compensates’ to allow it to continue as best as it can.
The difficulties, pains and injuries arise when your body can no longer continue to compensate for problems because it has accumulated too many over the years.
